Baptism

Well - Will did an amazing job at baptism. He smiled pretty much the whole time at the candle. I'm so happy to know that this makes him happy since Yankee Candle and I are very good friends! Now I can just light candles all over the house and he should be good to go.

Will and his Godparents - Jeremy and Megan

The morning started out great. Will slept fully through the night for the first time on his 10 week birthday. We put him to sleep around 9:00 PM and he woke up at 5:57 AM. It was terrific!! I've heard a lot of people say their children almost sensed the big day ahead and often times were uncooperative. I have to say - we got really lucky today. Will was extremely content all day.

Here is a pic of Will before we left the house for church

We dressed Will in his cute little white onesie and headed out. We weren't sure how he would do in the cry room, but he did really well. He ate and then slept the majority of mass. Even with a baby crying behind us - we were seriously impressed.

Baptism started and he was such a great baby for Father Dan! He just smiled at him as he made the sign of the cross on his forehead and continued t0 do so as the Godparents and Grandparents followed behind. It was a great day and we are truly blessed for everything we have in our lives - especially such great family!!

We love you baby boy!
